  • Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

• To Provide and Maintain the App: To operate the App's features, including user accounts, quizzes, Bible reader, club management tools, and progress tracking.
• To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor the App's content and features to your specific role and needs within your Pathfinder club.
• For Club Management: To enable club leaders to manage their members, take attendance, and organize PBE teams efficiently, always ensuring adherence to parental guidance for children.

• With Your Pathfinder Club Leaders: For club management features, information you provide (e.g., attendance) will be accessible to your designated club leaders within the App. Leaders are responsible for managing this data in accordance with parental guidance and privacy best practices.
• With SDA Kenya Re, Kisumu Church (as the sponsoring entity): Aggregate and anonymized data regarding App usage and PBE participation may be shared with SDA Kenya Re, Kisumu Church for reporting and program evaluation purposes. This data will not identify individual users.
• With Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and technical support. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

The Pathfinder Bible Experience is designed for Pathfinders, which includes children and youth. We expect that children using this App do so under the guidance and supervision of their parents, guardians, or Pathfinder club leaders, as is typical for all Pathfinder activities.

• Parental/Guardian Consent: For children under the age of 13, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting any personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the App's core functions. This consent will typically be facilitated through the Pathfinder club leader, who confirms they have obtained the necessary permission from parents/guardians.
• Limited Data Collection: We only collect personal information from children that is reasonably necessary for them to participate in the PBE activities within the App (e.g., name for score tracking, quiz answers).
• Parental/Guardian Rights: Parents or legal guardians have the right to review the personal information collected from their child, to have that information deleted, and to refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information.
